FOREIGN

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC DECREES:
ARTICLE 1: Create the Return and Home Office under the Directorate General of Consular Affairs and Liaison, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
ARTICLE 2: The tasks of the Office of Return and Welcome are:
I) the active creation of better conditions and incentives for the return of Uruguayans living abroad;
II) facilitating the integration of these, or of foreign nationals wishing to settle in our country, our society
III) the collection, structuring and dissemination of all information relevant in this regard at the national level.
ARTICLE 3: Communicate, publish, etc.
