JOINT COMMUNIQUE ONGOING

CHANGES IN THE EXISTING LEGISLATION TO FACILITATE THE PARTICIPATION OF URUGUAY IN FOREIGN RESIDENTS CALL FOR BIDS FOR PROVISION OF CHARGES IN THE Municipality of Montevideo


The Municipality of Montevideo, the Office for Return and Home and Directorate General for Consular Affairs and Liaison, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attentive to the experiences of fellow job seekers living in Uruguay and abroad, to process them, and in a very special, the views and contributions involved authorities have identified and structured a list of amendments to current regulations for recruitment process in the Municipality of Montevideo.
This effort to encourage and facilitate the return of compatriots as the country has a policy of relationship history and relationship with the Uruguayan Diaspora defined by the national government since 2005, and shared by the Municipality of Montevideo.
This recognizes that Uruguayan citizens residing abroad are part of the Uruguayan society and the country is vitally interested in it will remain so. The recognition of their rights and efforts to their inclusion and participation in the national agenda, valid as deepening of democracy, is also in Consistent with a global trend to conceive migrants, and their willingness to remain citizens of their country of origin as a resource, not a problem or a burden to society than circumstantial or permanently abandoned.
For this purpose it is considered necessary to review many of the rules that create problems and procedural problems concerning the participation in competition for admission to the public of compatriots living abroad.
In this regard the Municipality of Montevideo will implement the following measures in future competitions to develop:

· Enable entries online or mail in all entrance exams the municipal administration for Uruguayans living abroad.
· Acceptance interchangeably as a document of identity card or passport.
· Accept the presentation of the health card at the end of the competition.
· Accept the presentation of the Civic badge at the end of the competition.
• Analysis of documentation on merit generated abroad to assess reasonable equivalence with established national requirements. In all cases require the legalization of such securities or documents relevant offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ways To Male Masterbation

4) Preparation according to the Ministry of Social Development on Home to Return and Integration aimed at fellow in vulnerable conditions, subjects in the repatriation program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5) Preparation according to the Human Resources Department of the Municipality of Montevideo on changes in the legislation calls for providing jobs and calls for tenders to cover the situation of applicants living abroad.
6) The construction of the blog, www.oficinadelretorno.blogspot.com, dissemination and information of the Office of Return and Welcome.
7) The permanent activities of dissemination of the work is addressed to all Advisory Councils.

10) Preparation, publication and dissemination of RETURN GUIDE.

Ministry Internally, it also noted that we have in progress:

- the approval of the proposed establishment and development of the Office of Return and Welcome,
- the creation of the Office of Return and Welcome to the corresponding framework legal and administrative
- the funding request addressed to the International Organization for Migration.
